How is the reservation made?

The reservation can be made safely and fully guaranteed through the RESERVATION form.
At the end of the reservation process, the user will be sent an email with all the details of the reservation made and the contact details of the carrier. This email is your reservation guarantee.
Immediate pick up with a sign at the AIRPORT MEETING POINT (GATE C), without waiting, and directtransfer to the destination point. The price includes one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person.

What is the minimum time to make the reservation?

Online reservations must be made at least 72 hours before the date of service.
In the event that a reservation must be made in a shorter time, contact us on WhatsApp at +34 637 74 14 18

Where is the pick up location?

At the Palma de Mallorca airport: The driver will be waiting for you at the MEETING POINT located in front of gate C with a sign with your name.
At your Accommodation: The driver will pick you up at the door of your accommodation. The pick-up time will already be indicated on the voucher that was sent to you by email when making the reservation and you will receive a reconfirmation WhatsApp/SMS 12 hours before the transfer.

How do I pay for the Reservation?

The reservation is prepaid at the time of making it by one of:
• Credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD)
• PayPal
• Bizum

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If your flight time changes, but not your flight number, you do not need to notify us because we monitor all of the flights to PALMA DE MALLORCA.
In the event that your flight has number, you must contact us via email or by phone/Whatsapp.
In the event that your flight has been canceled, it is essential that you contact us via email or by phone/Whatsapp.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel the reservation 72 hours before the start of the transfer, by providing us the locator number in your confirmation email. The cancellation will be automatically accepted and within a maximum period of 72 hours Mallorca Transfers Pellicer will proceed to the full refund of the amount paid by you.
In the event that a cancellation is necessary with less notice, you must contact Mallorca Transfers Pellicer by phone, who will consider your request.

Other information

Childres: Babies and children count as passengers in all vehicles because they occupy a seat. Safety regulations do not allow children to sit on top of adults during a trip. We have free child seats and boosters for the transfer of children.
– Luggage: The reservation includes 1 suitcase + 1 handbag per passenger
– Additional stops: In the event that you wish to make an additional stop, in case you need to collect or return keys or if your group is divided into more than one accommodation, you must notify us during the reservation process in the comments section or via email/WhatsApp
– The address of the additional stop must be located at the same destination as the main stop or within the initial and final route.
– The maximum duration of this additional stop will be 5 minutes, after which there will be an additional cost of €50/hour, including loading and unloading if it is to buy food at the supermarket, and will be charged according to the minutes consumed.
